    • Cooperative Home Care has provided services since 1986, beginning with seven special needs children served by our founder, Fran Sontag. Mitch Waks, Frans son-in-law, joined her with the shared vision to maintain the core business while expanding into other types of home-based care. In 1998, Jim Guller became Mitchs partner. Under Mitch and Jims leadership Cooperative has grown to approximately 400 employees serving approximately 600 clients. Cooperative has four Missouri offices, including its headquarters in St. Louis City (on The Hill), St. Charles, St. Clair and Herculaneum. All-Staff Nursing, headquartered in Fairview Heights, Illinois, is Cooperative's healthcare staffing division, filling both temporary and permanent position openings. All-Staff Nursing is also licensed as a Home Services and Home Nursing agency.
