• The Earth Partners LP (TEP) is a land restoration company developing next-generation solutions for marginal and degraded lands to rebuild soils, water resources, habitat, terrestrial carbon, and other critical ecosystem functions. TEP's team has a demonstrated track record in managing complex assets and projects, designing and implementing symbiotic policy initiatives, and managing investor risk in opportunistic markets, across carbon, liquid and solid biofuels and bioproducts, and ecosystem services. Our two active business divisions are operating in markets across the United States. Bioeconomy Capital is developing a pipeline of bioheating, animal bedding/litter, absorbents, packaging, and soil amendment production assets, utilizing our identified fiber baskets in Texas, Louisiana, South Dakota, and other target landscapes for restoration. Two initial investments totaling $25 million are operating and expanding.Mitigation Capital is a quickly expanding real assets division of the company acquiring distressed and/or opportunistic mitigation banks. The portfolio currently includes two banks operating and under development in Texas.Our headquarters are based in Maryland and our staff are co-located with project sites around the country, including Texas, Louisiana, and South Dakota.
