- We are a USDA Certified Organic line of garlic condiments, founded in Ojai, CA in 2002. All of our items are made by hand in small batch quantities. The garlic comes from Gilroy and we source local wherever possible. We believe in making a quality product and therefore don't cut corners anywhere. Our mission is to provide simple condiments in a unique way which shines through our foundation of ingenuity and passion. Started by a father and his son, two Italian cooks with a passion for good food and family make our garlic truly gold. Come visit us at our warehouse in Ventura, CA for a free sample.
