- Anderson Mechanical Services, Inc. (AMSI) was incorporated in 1988 by Stanley (Bill) Anderson and his brother, Joe Anderson. What started as a small family business out of Bill's basement in Leesburg, VA, has grown into a full-service HVAC company that covers the entire DC Metro Area. AMSI is now in it's 2nd generation of the family with Bill's son's, Tim Anderson (President) & Chris Anderson (Vice President) running the day-to-day operations. Over the years, our company has worked with more than 250 general contractors on projects ranging in size from a few hundred to over a million dollars including restaurants, churches, hospitals, schools, hotels and local and federal government facilities.
