• USB Power Delivery is the new standard for powering consumer electronic devices through USB data cabling. This includes, transceiver chip, protocol layer, and device policy technology. In addition, demonstration, and development boards are available for product evaluation and customization. We provide either source or object level IP. For source IP, we provide much more than the conventional black box IP model. Rather, an option to own and customize the technology. Obsidian provides a wealth of experience in mixed signal CMOS technology, with consulting services are an ideal, cost effective, solution for short and medium team mixed signal projects, on-site or off-site.The cost of CMOS MPW runs in the 0.18µ to 0.35µ technology range is now as little as $5000. Obsidian has a demonstrated capability to produce low cost small quantity mixed signal parts in these technologies.The capability to produce low cost mixed signal parts is an ideal complement to high complexity digital FPGA and software based low volume prototyping technologies.
