My Ceviche combines high-quality food with the convenience and affordability of a quick service restaurant, showcased in a beach-meets-city venue with an open kitchen. The goal of the company is to provide customers with healthy and delicious entrees sourced with quality and sustainable ingredients. My Ceviche outperforms the typical low-quality, unhealthy food establishments in flavor, quality, and price. As of November 2016, the team has six My Ceviche locations in the South Florida neighborhoods of South Beach (March 2012), Brickell (April 2013), South Miami (July 2014), Coral Gables (July 2015), Terminal D of the Miami International Airport (August 2016), and Midtown Miami (December 2016).
