Alpha Dominche Ltd.

Description

• Alpha Dominche is an American company based in Brooklyn, New York and Salt Lake City, Utah, and is dedicated to making world-class coffee and tea brewing systems. We believe that by transforming quality coffee brewing into a streamlined, interactive process, we can bring quality coffee to a larger audience than previously imaginable. Alpha Dominche means first of its kind, and our approach to designing coffee and tea brewing systems offers a new path forward for the industry. Our premiere product, the Steampunk, is an automated, temperature-controlled 21st-century version of the traditional siphon coffee brewing method, and provides a commercially viable single-cup brewing method. The Steampunk is capable of brewing up to four different cups of coffee or tea in as little as 30 seconds, and its advanced controls enable the barista to set specific brew parameters for each cup of coffee or tea.All of our machines are designed and built under one roof with equal emphasis on innovation, craftsmanship and sustainability; our parts are machined locally whenever possible. We are proud to work with other talented, small-scale manufacturers that are contributing to the creative resurgence of industry in America.
