• Vision We believe the next generation of leaders will see significant performance enhancement from mobile learning and coaching. We believe this is especially true with millennials, the largest cohort in organizations today. While other companies are rushing to take people out of the leadership development equation, prismXKB is bringing them in. We've built a cloud-based, SaaS mobile platform solution that gives HR organizations and organizational leaders the ability to: conduct team-member assessments and evaluations, re-enforce team-member learning (classroom, seminar, LMS and field), and enable mobile coaching, leader development, and collaborative learning through techniques of micro learning and analytics. We build high performing, adaptable, and resiliant teams, anytime, anywhere. The Need Science tells us that individuals loose as much as 70% of what they just learned in 48 hours, and 85% in 3 weeks. However, learning re-enforced by mobile learning helps to create a mentoring scheme and communications network that helps cement learning through practical application. Science tells us mobile learning can increase training retention up to 60%, decrease training time up to 50%, and decrease training costs up to 80%. Today's Context Interestingly, General Electric recently did away with annual performance reviews and built a mobile app for employee development, called PD@GE. Also, the US Army, arguably the world's greatest institution focused on training and performance enhancement, recently introduced its own private App store for soldiers. Why? We believe both decisions, and others that have folowed, reflect the recognition of the profound impact of mobile and millennials.
