• Bestimate LLC began offering freelance assistance for commercial and agricultural building contractors on August 3, 2009, but by early 2010 began CAD drawing for residential house plans and commercial projects, working for residential and commercial clients such as O'Donnell Engineering Associates P.E., using my past experience drawing commercial and non-commercial buildings on computer, including structural and energy calculations, specifying products that enhance the project and often are more economical. More recently, as residential retailers and homeowners needed house plans, we discovered that many, but not all, building supply retailers offer plan service. My home center roots and more than 25 years of drafting, estimating, and purchasing experience in commercial and agricultural remodeling may allow me to help you with more complex remodel and addition plans. When O'Donnell passed in 2012, Bestimate LLC began working with Jim Halverson P.E., partner in Grunwaldt Halverson, continuing to draw and plan commercial buildings all over north and central Wisconsin.
