Customized curriculum is built around KSAP (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Personal Characteristics) ratings. With an extensive background of senior-level sales, consulting, mentoring and new business development experience, David Washco is passionate about helping Pastors develop a custom strategy for personal and professional growth. Particularly adept at establishing consultative relationships with pastors and colleagues that foster a collaborative approach to solving challenges, overcoming obstacles and improving personal effectiveness.
