- My Accountant, Inc. provides personal bookkeeping services for busy individuals, corporate executives, family offices, entertainers, and the elderly. Founded in 1987 by Norb Janis and Bill Farren, we have developed a unique practice which currently assists over 150 clients in 22 states and several foreign countries.Paying the bills is just part of our unique personal bookkeeping service. We also record checks and debit transactions made directly by clients, keep track of credit card transactions, and in some cases assist with household payroll needs.Our typical client is a busy family with multiple residences, heavy work and travel schedules, and a substantial income to support this lifestyle. We coordinate closely with their other financial and tax advisors to keep the personal finances under control. We are the back office for busy, high net worth individuals and families.
