All America Works

Description

• Founded in 2008, All America Works is a professional contract staffing service focused on placing physically disabled Americans in fulfilling, work at-home jobs. We seek highly motivated, educated candidates to fill the staffing needs of our clients. These Americans, despite having suffered an unfortunate illness or injury during their professional careers, still yearn for the opportunity to apply their skills and knowledge in a working environment. The J.Lodge Corporation, parent company to All America Works, developed this employee model upon its founding in 1999 and its proven success, limited turnover, and immediate ROI were among a few of the reasons we opted to offer these services to businesses globally. With an average of 3+ years of college education and 5+ years of business experience, the quality of work and dedication of these Americans is remarkable:Their acumen and understanding of business, customer service, and quality principles are what differentiates our employee base from that of our competitors.Mike Schrider, President and CEOAll America Works collaborates with vocational rehabilitation counselors in over 30 states to identify candidates who fit this employee model. Potential candidates are screened vigorously for business etiquette skills, related job training, and educational experience to ensure they are the right fit for a work-at-home situation.
