They set an objective to expect extraordinary quality standards from their employees, both on a technical and customer service level. In return they committed to provide a modern facility, tools and equipment to achieve that goal.Twenty three years later the original owners are still very involved in the labs everyday technical and business activities. They have achieved the reputation of being a premier lab in the Rochester, New York market, New York State, and have gained notice on a national level as a state of the art implant laboratory. The lab is very involved in promoting digital dentistry having made a substantial investment in that area. They also work on a national level in corporation with others to promote implant technology, especially the use of small diameter mini implants.The labs key technical staff, which includes the four owners, has over 150 years of combined technical experience. RTGs future plans include expanding upon its CAD/CAM manufacturing capabilities, and promoting the digital restoration of implants in a revolutionary way.
