Description

• At MAD we nurture our students with professional and creative environment of training in different styles of Bollywood Dance for students ages 4 and above .MAD was founded by Artistic Director, Reetu Patel in the year 2007. Back then, known as Move Bollywood. FROM Reetu Patel here is MAD for youNext time youre mad, try dancing out your anger, said Sweetpea Tyler. How aptly these words describe how I relate to dance! Time comes to a halt as my inner self finds expression in the outer world through movement, coordination and grace. Nothing else matters then. It is only me and dance: M A D. Mad is perhaps the one word that best describes me people tell me I am mad with excitement, love and joy about everything I do, certainly when it comes to dance. MAD is my passion for dance, my madness for dance, how I relate to dance. And MAD is therefore what my dance company is called. Martha Graham said dance is the hidden language of the soul. Vicki Baum said dancing is a short cut to happiness. I invite you to join me and other dance enthusiasts in experiencing both. MAD is me and dance for anyone who joins us, for anyone wanting to relate strongly to the inner self, for anyone wanting to converse with the world through form, movement and self-expression. Ted Shawn said, Dance is the only art of which we ourselves are the stuff of which it is made words that capture the heart and soul of MAD. Come join MAD in understanding what he means. Together we will discover what we are made of, and, through dance, find ourselves.MAD offers classes in various styles of Bollywood Dance, from India. Reetu Patel, believes in updating her creativity by learning new styles of dance every year, and passing the knowledge to her students, through discipline and fun on the dance floor.
