Fred Elders son-in-law, Ferenc Rosztoczy, took over management in 1975, and in the late 1990s, management transitioned to Ferencs oldest son, Tom Rosztoczy. His two other sons, Rob and Teddy, serve as Vice-President and Corporate Sales Manager the Golf Sales Manager for operations in the southwestern U.S., respectively.-Value on Employees: people are the companys #1 asset.
