- 2 Seas Agency provides foreign rights representation for publishers, literary agents and a select number of authors from around the world. In just over five years, 2 Seas Agency has managed to implement a new way of selling foreign rights. With offices in California and Europe, we have so far secured over 400 deals with publishers in Europe, Asia, and the Americas, for titles originally written in French, Dutch, Portuguese, Spanish, German, and English. We pay regular visits to international book fairs such as those in Beijing, Turin, Guadalajara, Rio de Janeiro, Sharjah, New York, Leipzig, Lisbon and of course Frankfurt and London, combined with trips to major publishing cities including Paris, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Munich and Berlin. The agency's monthly newsletter, which goes out to over 6,000 international publishing professionals, is greatly appreciated among our peers. We share informative articles about the international publishing scene, which we have been writing since the launch of the agency.
