• I created this law firm to assist my clients in obtaining justice and/or defending their rights when infringed upon by others. Since graduating law school in 2004, I have been engaged in all kinds of general civil litigation. I have been involved in real estate litigation representing real estate brokers, agents and management companies in transactional litigation and unlawful detainers. At one of my previous firms, I represented a large motel chain in unlawful detainers to evict guests that stay over 30 days and become tenants. I have also represented construction companies in construction defect litigation. I have worked with framers, window manufacturers, fireplace installers, tub/shower manufacturers, shower enclosure manufacturers, electric subcontractors, concrete subcontractors and plumbing subcontractors. In representing these construction companies I have been involved in extensive settlement negotiations and preparing of a proper defense to the allegations against the subcontractors.
