Our unique process reduces moisture of freshly prepared vegetables by 30 - 50% to control syneresis (water loss) when thawed or heated.White Oak's Reduced Moisture (RM) Vegetables have everything youre looking for in a functional vegetable ingredient: proven product performance, concentrated nutrition and vivid color, texture and flavor of produce picked at its peak.
