• SCC Engineers, LLC (previously Schantz Engineering, LLC) provides professional mechanical engineering design and forensic investigative services for clients that manage, maintain, and plan for commercial, institutional, and resort/hospitality type buildings. Our mission is to provide clients across the Gulf States with mechanical engineering services for buildings, including heating, ventilating, and air conditioning; plumbing; fir protection; fuel oil storage and dispensing; energy code analyses; and mechanical systems commissioning. Energy use modeling to fulfill ASHRAE Standard 90.1 Appendix G calculations is available. Forensic investigative services with respect to mold and mildew damage are also available. As the first Louisiana mechanical engineering firm to become a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, SCC Engineers, LLC embraces sustainable design concepts as they apply to mechanical engineering and to our customers.
