Headquartered in Whittier, California, Urban Axis is a privately owned real estate development company founded by Mr. Eduardo Hernandez, who has over 15 years of real estate development, asset and property management, land use planning, and project management experience. Prior to starting Urban Axis, he also developed extensive public sector experience working in the areas of affordable housing, community development, and economic development. Mr. Hernandez holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from Loyola Marymount University, a Master of Arts in Planning and Master of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Southern California, and is currently a member of City of Whittier Planning Commission.
