• REAP is a 501(c)3, nonprofit organization focused on providing comprehensive job training and meaningful employment for individuals with disabilities. We are using a social enterprise model; creating businesses that provide on-the-job and soft skills (social) training and then employment in our businesses, and in other businesses in the community.
