Led by Andrew Saunders, the firm has risen to become the most effective and largest locally owned brokerage firm in the Hamptons, exclusively representing $2 billion worth of Hamptons real estate. The firm also opened an elegant 5,200 sq. ft. East Hampton office, hired its 175th agent and was involved in 40% of all transactions from Southampton to Montauk.
