We partner with a wide variety of organizations, from multinational to small business, non-profit to government and even the UN.For businesses, AIESEC presents the unique opportunity of hiring international talent by taking on a foreign intern. This exchange program is handled entirely by AIESEC to bring foreign students and young professionals to work in the United States and to send out American students to work in foreign countries. This program brings diversity and talent to the workplace at an affordable price because unlike most international exchange programs, AIESEC is completely non-profit.
