• Brett Kimmell CISSP, CISA, CISM, CPA, CITP, PCI-Pro is the Managing Member and Principal Security Consultant of KCFS Cybersecurity, an Akron Ohio based Cybersecurity consulting firm. Brett is a member of the AICPA and ISACA and has served as a board member of Torchbearers and West Hill Neighborhood Organization. Brett is a member of Leadership Akrons class Twenty Three and active in the alumni group. Brett holds several certifications including , Certified Information Systems Security Professional, Certified Information Systems Auditor, Certified Information Security Manger, Certified Public Accountant and Certified Information Technology Professional. Brett also holds a Master of Science in Accounting Information Systems from The University of Akron where he was adjunct faculty teaching Information Systems Security and Accounting Information Systems. Prior to working for SecureState, Brett worked as the Director of Information Systems and CFO for United Way of Summit County. Prior to that he held dual IS and financial management positions in the manufacturing and distribution industries as well as Big Four auditing experience.
