We utilize the Lean Startup methodology as a framework to drive our search. We start with a set of minimum viable prospect attributes and tune the requirements engine as we engage with the individuals. By providing just-in-time prospects, we can accelerate the build-measure-learn feedback loop. We are able to persevere or pivot on the fly. We are heavily metrics driven and employ a transparent process which is updated in real time. Our built in feedback loops not only help to tighten the search requirement over time, but they also aid in evolving the outbound messaging campaigns.
