Drilling, Tapping, Punching, Staking, Riveting, Reaming,Deburring, Countersinking.Precision parts begin with precision tooling. To insure exacting standards, all tools are designed using CAD/CAM technology and built by our highly skilled technicians. Once a tool is approved and production begins, our personnel use state-of-the-art equipment to measure parts and monitor performance throughout the production run. Superior Metal Products offers a complete In-House Tool Room which provides cost effective temporary and semi - permanent tooling is ideally suited to short to medium production runs ranging from 25 to 100,000 pieces is maintained for life with no additional charge to our customers is held for your exclusive production requirements.
