CHADs customer service, sales, marketing, and production functions were relocated to Naples, FL. In October 2011, Drive Medical Design and Manufacturing acquired Inovo, Inc/CHAD Therapeutics. Corporate offices, research and development, and production for Inovo/CHAD remained in Naples, FL. Drive has corporate offices and distribution centers located throughout the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, Romania, China, and Taiwan.
