- BRC Properties Inc. is a real estate investment and property management company formed in 1946. It currently invests in multi family residential & senior housing, commercial offices and undeveloped real estate. Since 1976, the Company has specialized in managing HUD subsidized and tax credit senior living facilities. The Company has been recognized in this field with many awards for excellence, primarily by the Department of Housing and Urban Development and Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing. Its relationships and reputation with these agencies is excellent. Our staff is well trained, experienced, responsive to resident needs, and knowledgeable regarding government rules and regulations. Fiscal responsibility, budgeting and reporting are strengths of the Company. In addition the Company ensures that on-site maintenance staff is well trained, capable and accountable. Preventative maintenance and administration of capital improvements is expertly provided for at the Company level.
