• Tieback Realty Capital's leadership team has over 300 years of relevant experience in real estate, finance, accounting and law. Tieback was formed in 2016 to take advantage the opportunity arising from the market consolidation occurring in the distressed single family residential (SFR) capital market. The distressed SFR market is largely populated with small and expensive hard money lenders. Most developers are also small and will not be our focus. Tieback will focus on large vertically integrated developers and those smaller developers that understand scale. Tieback provides the technology driven financing solutions that these two classes of developers need. Our platform provides institutional capital with the transparency and efficiency they require to participate in this evolving market. Our competitive advantage is born out of our deep industry experience and proprietary technology platform. We previously operated a financing program in the distressed SFR market with a public REIT as our partner. Under that program we originated and managed an industry first working revolving capital line of credit product that reached $200 million. We had zero defaults.
