He connects with both front-line management and executive teams by building the session around them and their expectations. Our other associates are brought on for specific assignments, based on their expertise and location.By mixing bespoke training programs with off-the-shelf foundational developmental programs, Candid Leadership is able to help your company meet your talent needs. We have created custom programs that have been delivered all over the world, and programs that are specific to one group. We also utilize Situational Leadership II and Fierce Conversations as key tools for building leadership skills.For interpersonal skill building, we use The Birkman Method as our primary tool.
