• Llewellyn Corp Of America is focused on increasing profits for American manufacturers, fabricators, processors, and commercial residential properties. In 1987, the company that is now known as Llewellyn Corp of America completed its first predominant use study. Since that time, over 30,000 studies have been completed resulting in TENS of MILLIONS of dollars in sales tax savings and sales tax refunds. We have since expanded to a national service of removing state sales taxes from utility bills for manufacturing, fabricating, and processing companies as well as commercial residential properties where such sales tax exemptions are available. We are located on the north side of Houston in Kingwood, Texas where one of the first manufacturer-friendly state tax exemption laws was passed in 1961. It is the general intent of this legislation that the final consumer pays sales tax on the finished product. In all, there are approximately 34 states with statutes in place and as many as 4 more with potential legislation where we are assisting the lobby in favor of passage. Llewellyn Corp Of America is licensed and insured. With attorneys, engineers, and CPAs, we are well staffed to service both large and small companies. After performing the predominant use study, we are also well prepared to defend the study with the State Comptroller's offices/Departments of Revenue and/or in court when necessary.
