Robinson Investment Group, LLC currently owns properties in Northern Virginia and in the Columbus, Ohio market. Through partnership with our associates, we also own a property in coastal Central Florida with area expansion plans in the near future.We are currently financing a gut and rehab project in Columbus, Ohio and are looking at potential multi-unit properties for purchase in the Columbus metro area. Our philosophy is to buy and hold for three to seven years, depending on the property, and then exit with a sale. In some cases, we may offer an opportunity for the tenant to lease with an option to buy. In very rare instances, we may offer some form of seller financing.We never buy anything without immediate cash flow upon purchase or completion of rehabilitation.
