• It began in the early 1960s during weekends and summer vacations; working as a helper for the family sheet metal and roofing business. Carrying soldering irons and a firepot. Apprenticing. Being taught Old School craftsmanship; learning how to expertly navigate the exteriors of a variety of structures. Developing and carefully honing skills that would one day help give birth to Bat Masters, LLC. Learning how to repair or replace failed, worn, functionally obsolete and outdated exterior structural components. Repairs nearly invisible or looking as though it should have been that way all along. Secure enough to handle everything Michigan weather could throw against it year after year.
