- Yoga Moves is a non-profit organization who's dedicated teachers offer adaptive yoga to individuals living with Multiple Sclerosis and neuromuscular conditions. Founded in 2008 by Mindy Eisenberg, she began with one class and one student and has grown into 7 classes throughout Southeastern Michigan. Yoga Moves MS mission is to empower people in a safe environment utilizing the ancient philosophy and practice of yoga, meditation and mindfulness. In 2016 Mindy published her first book, Adaptive Yoga Moves Any Body which is sold on Amazon and yogamovesms.org; Yoga Moves MS also presented at CMSC, the Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers National Convention in June.
