• We are a small law practice that intentionally limits our caseload to ensure the higest qulaity service to each of our clients. Our clients are predominantly located in the Austin-San Antoniio or Houston areas so we maintain an office in Austin as well as in Houston.Both partners have published in their practice areas and continue to work on current publications and to teach continuing professional education classes. Both of our partners have worked for judges at the trial and appellate levels -- so our firm has the kind of intimate understanding of how Courts work and how judges rule that many attorneys do not have. Our experience enables us to impart information to our cleints that many attorneys simple are not able to.Both of our partners also are active in the Austin and Houston Bar Associations. Ms. Windel serves as Chair of the Publications and Website Committe for the Austin Bar Association as well as Editor in Chief for the bar's monthly publication, the award-winning Austin Lawyer. She also has been a longtime contributing writer to that publication, including co-authoring the provactive series Great Debates that deals with cutting-edge contemporary public policy/legal issues.Our firm is committed to providing the best legal expertise possible without losing sight of the human impact of legal choices.
