We provide internal training to our employees, to ensure our personnel understands how to communicate effectively to the customer, client and store level staff. Our training covers the soft skills needed in a retail environment, ensuring the field team acts, dresses and speaks appropriately in each unique project setting. Additionally, we use a field management software platform to better manage our team and territory, taking the time to identify detailed tasks for every job, large or small, thus creating thorough reporting and deliverables for the customer/client. We cover, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Washington D.C., Delaware, New Jersey, Kentucky, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida and Maryland and the surrounding region with local, full-time, employees. We also travel within and beyond these areas with our traveling installation teams. We can handle a larger volume of locations, decreasing the amount of calls, emails and management your team might otherwise have to make.
