The staff and volunteers of the BCOC strive to be that soft place to fall for families in crisis. We believe it is our community responsibility to be always willing and able to reach out to help others. In times of crisis and moments of need, when people feel as if they have nowhere else to turn, we provide balance to lives and strength to families.
