• Dive and Rescue.org provides training, service, supplies, mutual aid to surrounding parishes (counties) and Marine Safety/Water Rescue stand-by for movie, television, live events and industry on the water.Our Director of Operations and Dive team commander is Paul Fraser a 14 year veteran of water rescue and recognized Subject Matter Expert. He has 22 years experience as a critical care trained Paramedic/EMT and EMS Operations Manager with experience managing and coordinating all aspects of water rescue and Emergency Medical Services in Natural and Man-made disasters as well as events and recoveries.Our experience includes: 13 Hurricane responses, 17 search and rescue/recovery deployments, 20+ Live sporting events such as Super Boats International, OffShore Super Series Racing, local boat racing, Ironman triathlons and over 50 movie and television productions. Our company has a wide range of Emergency Rescue services along with several aspects of Academic training under, within, or on top of the water and has the experience, knowledge, and dedication that has been proven over and over again not only through its students, but also its instructors. Dive and Rescue has demonstrated through training of hundreds of agencies and during water related events that the skills taught during our courses are of excellent quality and sets the bar for most companies in this field.
