• Patrons of the OK Corral on Highway 169 between Belle Plaine and Jordan can expect a number of changes at the long-time bar and restaurant starting this week.Totenhagen has remodeled the interior of the building and said plenty of other changes are in store, beginning this Friday and Saturday nights when a new stage and dance floor will be put to the test with live music.Totenhagen said the live music will continue every Friday and Saturday night throughout the year. He added that this weekends band will feature country western music and future engagements include a variety of bands, from country to rock to pop.Totenhagen describes the new OK Corral as a restaurant, sports bar and night club all rolled into one. There are now 16 televisions situated in the facility, as well as a new spacious game room with other amenities.The new OK Corral is open six days of the week, including Tuesday through Thursday from 4-10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Included each Sunday will be a brunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.Amon those assisting Totenhagen at the new OK Corral are General Manager Ted Rosenback, Kitchen Manager Randall Reph and Bar Manager Melissa Berg.For more information about the new OK Corral, call 952-492-6700.
