Todds experience in corporate litigation inspired him to create a firm with an approach to eDiscovery that leverages his unique perspective from inside corporate legal. The firm was developed from the onset to address the needs of litigation with the business leader in mind. With two decades of work within the corporate structure of budgets and forecasts, and frustrating experiences with outside council (OC) billing practices that were anything but structured, Todd was determined to build an eDiscovery firm based on the principles of shared risk and reward.
