• QCS Purchasing is a not-for-profit member-owned cooperative that delivers purchasing solutions through aggregate buying power for agricultural-based companies with a focus on producers of dairy, fruit, beverage, vegetables and other food products. QCS Purchasing, LLC was incorporated in 2005 and is owned by SECO, Quality Chekd Dairies and Allied Purchasing. The three owners have a combined presence in the food and beverage industries of over 175 years, servicing a membership base of well over 500 companies and plants.The partnership has resulted in the combining of common supply requirements for the specific purpose of leveraging the communities total spend. As a result, the organization has grown by over 40% since its inception. The QCS Purchasing members are located all over the U.S. as well as in Canada, Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia, Costa Rica and New Zealand.This diversity provides QCS Purchasing members major benefits in creating more efficient, cost saving operations and a wealth of national market resources. QCS Purchasing also provides an array of training programs for employees featuring interactive web based training, a dedication to smaller classes with dedicated facilitators, and customized to meet each companies training objectives. These technical training needs are found throughout the food industry.
