- TiCi Stands For Tim and Cindy. Once we completed remodeling our home, we saw the beauty and satisfaction of completing such a huge project. We pursued a dream of continuing our needs of creativity, By taking old houses rehabbing and selling the houses back to the community. We also Buying rehabbing and renting the houses. Every time we start a new project, we send a letter to all the nearby neighbors to let them know who we are what we do and how to contact us in case of problems. This is a side company for us (Tim and Cindy). Both of us work in the insurance industry. We share out tasks with our 2 kids and their efforts are defantely paid. This show them how to work and handle projects and manage money.
