- Our Mission: To develop and manage a system of high quality, cost effective, mental health and addiction services that are responsive to individual and family needs and differences. Our Goal: For every client to lead a productive, satisfactory life, characterized by hope, empowerment, and a meaningful role in society. What we do: HCMHRSB works with our community partners to provide a comprehensive array of mental health and addiction services utilizing best and evidenced based practices that deliver a system of care focused on achieving the recovery of individuals and families, and the communities in which they live. For many, recovery is meaningful and effective management of mental illness and for others recovery leads to freedom from the debilitating effects of addiction. For communities recovery leads to increased school attendance, increased employment, increased self-sufficiency, and decreased crime and homelessness.
