- We are a 40 year old, locally owned, financially solid and growing Longview industry that is thriving in a challenging financial climate. Our corporate headquarters are located at 809 South Eastman Road, in Longview Texas. We primarily plan and design commercial kitchens, as well as sell, service, and install food service equipment. We also manufacture and market our Kirby brand of cleaning chemicals for commercial kitchens. During 40 years since our establishment we have grown to the rank of 28th food service supplier by sales in the nation and one of the largest institutional chemical companies in this industry. We now serve all of the states in the continental United States with our commercial kitchen Design/ Build department and our growing internet sales division. Kirby has built one of the most recognized ice machine and dish machine rental and lease services in the four state area. Our Kirby service department by size and by volume of sales is second to none.
