Jim Kraus, Jr. purchased the company and now serves as its president and broker. Since assuming ownership and management of Brookside Real Estate Company in January 2005, Jim has emphasized customer service and results. Our team of real estate professionals have been involved in hundreds of sales transactions in Missouri and Kansas and have over 40 years of combined experience.
