- Third Phase is dedicated to reaching lonely and hurting people in Hamilton County by providing shelter, food and clothing with the love of Christ. Our long-term residential program provides spiritual development and life skills for women in crisis, usually stemming from abuse or addiction. Third Phase has the only emergency shelter beds in Hamilton County for people facing an immediate crisis. We also provide food, clothing and household goods to needy families through the pantry and thrift store. Last year Third Phase helped about 40 families a day meet their most basic needs.
