We engage your team while we do the assessment so that they have an understanding of what improvements can be made. Often they start making improvements before the assessment is finalized.IMPROVE:We work shoulder to shoulder with your team to facilitate improvements. Using a Lean Six Sigma approach focused on making efficiency easy, we help your team discover ways to develop and optimize organizational structures that improve productivity and accountability. Through this facilitator approach we capture 90% of the information and tools needed to implement improvements. If needed, LEAN Frog is there to help with that other 10% that may involve things such as torturous statics.SUSTAIN:We help school districts build systems to sustain improvement. Our process and performance management systems continually measure the effectiveness and efficiency of work in process. This allows school systems to adjust or enhance activities in real time to provide maximum impact and ensure alignment with school district strategies.
