Lauderdale, Florida, Charlotte, North Carolina and Guangzhou China.Greentree was formed primarily to provide solutions for smaller to medium companies to be able to access the public markets, raise capital, or position themselves for acquisitions. What we found is that many local companies were experiencing challenges to grow into regional or national companies. In most cases, the challenges were either related to insufficient working capital or lack of sales and distribution partners for their product or service.
