Talent Acquisition Recruit all staff for numerous restaurant and hotel groups such as:In Good Company Hospitality,Urbo NYC, Rory Dolan Properties, Andre Balazs Properties, BR Guest Hospitality, Benjamin Steakhouse Group Properties, Casa Nela Group, Jack Doyles and John Sullivans. Manage the full-cycle recruiting process across all departments including but not limited to: conducts post interview debrief meetings to select finalists, makes job offers, negotiates with candidates, and closes offers. Event Staffing and Event Planning: Hire, train, mentor, and supervise 200+ staff of hosts/hostesses, bartenders, servers, mixologists, private chefs, promotional models and entertainment security to work different events. Responsible for I-9 Employment Verification and Reference Checks for each employee. Direct the planning and execution of all events (corporate, private, non-profit, holiday and special occasions) for prestigious multi-million dollar clients such as Harpers Bazaar Magazine, Jacob Javits Center, the United Nations, Random House Publishing, Skadden Law, Tracy Anderson Method, Al Roker Entertainment and The Corcoran Group. Super Bowl XLVIII event planning and staffing for clients such as: Fox Sports 1, Food Network, Showtime, Revolt Network and Aspire Network.
