• Waters Fine Catering was established in 1990 by chef and entrepreneur Mary Kay Waters. Known for producing high quality, handcrafted foods made from the finest local, organic and sustainable ingredients, we are proud to be recognized as San Diegos top catering and event design company.In 2001, Mary Kay opened Waters Fine Foods on Morena Boulevard in San Diegos Bay Park neighborhood in order to offer customers a way to enjoy our wholesome and delicious fare on a daily basis. We now feature a second Waters Fine Foods location in Solana Beach with both locations offering a wide array of daily and seasonal dishes to be enjoyed on the premises, at home, at the office, on a picnic or in any situation that calls for eating well, perfect for quick, tasty lunches, hors doeuvres, gourmet food platters, special holiday meals and ready-to-serve family dinners.In 2010 Mary Kay partnered with Alexandria Real Estate Equities to open the unique and highly innovative Fibonaccis Bistro and Organic Garden by Waters in the Platinum level LEED certified Campus Pointe complex in La Jollas UTC area. Located at 10300 Campus Pointe Drive, Fibonaccis offers a wide variety of top quality delicious and affordable breakfast and lunch dishes made from local, regional, organic and sustainable produce, meat, dairy, and seafood, including produce grown right on site at the bistros own organic garden.
